Relationships should be easy.

Relationships should be easy—but the problem is, most of us never learned how to do this whole “love” thing. Let’s change that.

Relationships are hard because most of of us have never actually learned how foster a healthy relationship. We’re all just winging it, figuring it out as we go, fumbling through the mistakes and heartache and shouting matches, and assuming this is just the way things are supposed to be.

But here’s the truth: Despite what you might see on splashy Instagram posts, relationships are not supposed to feel like constant work, fighting, and sacrifice. If you’ve found yourself here on this page, some part of you probably already knows this truth deep down.

Things can be different—it’s just about investing the time and energy into making the shift.

Imagine a relationship that has way more ups than downs, and the downs honestly don’t even feel that bad. Imagine a relationship where you feel totally secure, adored, and at ease. Where you feel able to freely communicate what’s on your mind and what you need without worrying about retaliation, judgment, snark, or blowups. Where your asks and fears and desires are welcomed and lovingly accommodated.

I promise you: It’s all possible.

The coaching programs below are designed to help you and your partner learn a radical new way of relating to each other. Together, we’ll transform your relationship into something that is nourishing, comforting, and resilient—to the point that it feels damn easy.

Relationship Coaching Programs:

01. The Checkup

Something’s off in your relationship. Maybe you know exactly what it is. Or maybe you have an idea but aren’t quite sure. In this 90-minute checkup session, we’ll check in on your relationship, identify the problem and its underlying cause, and come up with an actionable list of next steps to get your relationship back to a healthy place.

02. The Problem Solver

You’ve got one big challenge you know you need to work through as a couple. Maybe it’s an ongoing disagreement about sex, money, or moving. Maybe it’s fights that keep escalating out of control. Maybe it’s a recurring conversation that keeps happening but never resolves, no matter how many times you talk about it.

This one-month program is a way to create a dedicated container to talk through your one big challenge with a neutral third party (that’s me!) and take specific steps toward a solution. By the end of our month together, you’ll have a plan in place for how to move forward in a way that feels good for both of you.

03. Splitting the Work

For the couple who can’t quite figure out how to create a housework system that feels fair and works for both parties. In this four-week program, we’ll dive in deep to understand what’s not working in your home, why resentment or tension keeps building up around the chores (and childcare, if applicable), and what a sustainable, equitable domestic partnership can look like.

You’ll walk out with a plan in place for how to really share the load equitably, in a way that nourishes your relationship instead of sapping it, and how to keep it going for the long haul.

How does coaching work?

Coaching sessions are a space for you to talk through what’s on your mind, identify what’s not working in your relationships, and figure out what steps can get you to a better place. Each program has been carefully designed to address specific challenges women face in their relationships; from there, each program is further adapted based on the needs of each individual client.
